For over 45 years, customers like you have supported our business. We thank you for your patronage & patience during this time.
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our families, neighbors and communities, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you directly. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. As you may know, the Kansas City metro, of which we are included, has been placed under a stay-at-home order except for essential needs through at least April 24. Part of our business, the warehouse and supply chain functions, have been deemed essential and therefore we intend to still be open, though with some notable changes. While we are still able to assist you during business hours, we are not allowing walk-in customers at this time. For the safety of our customers & staff, all communication needs to be via telephone (816-257-5252) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). For customers returning units, we will make every effort to put those away the same day. For customers wishing to pick up a unit for quarantine purposes, please advise us of that ASAP so we can give you priority scheduling. All other pickups will be required to give a 24-hour notice. All release authorizations during this time will be made via email or pin # only and must be paid in full prior to release. As a reminder, we accept payments via our website through a checking/savings account or through the USPS.
